Refund & Return Policy

At Kroywen, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our updated policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges before making a purchase.

Returns & Defective Products

We only accept returns for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. We do not accept returns for any other reason (such as change of mind, sizing issues, or unwanted items).

To be eligible for a return:

  • Timeframe: You must initiate the return process within 48 hours of receiving your product.

  • Video Proof Required: You must provide a clear unboxing or inspection video sent to our team within 5 to 6 hours of receiving your product, proving that the item arrived defective or damaged.

  • Condition: The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Proof of Purchase: An order confirmation or invoice number is required.

Exchanges

Please note that exchanges are not possible. We do not replace items for different sizes, colors, or alternative products. If your item is verified as defective, it will be processed strictly for a return and refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Items without the required video proof sent within the 5–6 hour window.

  • Products where damages or defects are reported after the 48-hour delivery window.

  • Clearance, final sale, or customized products.

  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified mistake on our part.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
